How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to your account settings. To access the account settings: click on your name on the top right corner of the page and then click My account. You can change the password by inputing your current password into the "Current Password" field and inputing the new password into the "New Password" field and then clicking Change password.
Do you have team support?
Yes, we provide team support only for paid accounts. You can invite your teammates to your account
from Team menu.
You can see the team menu by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
Team members will have one of the following roles:
1. Admin: Admin can do everything.
2. User: User can access all basic functionalities.
The role User cannot perform following actions:
* Invite a new user
* Delete an invitation
* Change the role of an existing user
* Delete an existing user from an account
* Cancel paid subscription
Can I delete my account?
Yes! You can delete your account by sending us an email to [email protected] with
the subject line of Delete my account from your account email.
Once the account has been deleted, all data associated with the account will be deleted. There is no way that we can retrieve the data back.
Do you have an API?
At the moment, we don't provide an API. Please drop me an email at [email protected] on why you need an API and we will update you once we release an API.
Do you provide premium support?
Yes! All Enterprise-level plans include a dedicated account manager.
